GAU-5A detachable survival rifle Caliber: 5.56 × 45mm M 855 GAU-5A is a new life-saving rifle that the U.S. Air Force began to equip in 2019. The gun is not produced by the weapons supplier of the Ministry of Defense, but is modified by the U.S. Air Force itself from the carbines used by active ground crews.
